Meet the Junior Grange Director

Anne Kurburski is a member of Harbor Springs Grange #730. She and her husband, Foster, live in Harbor Springs, Michigan, with their six children, John, Elizabeth, Emily, Katie, Peter and Luke.

Anne has been a Life Skills teacher for the past 16 years for the Petoskey Public School District. She teaches grades 6-8 at Petoskey Middle School. Her educational background includes a Bachelors and a Masters degree from Michigan State University in the area of curriculum and teaching.

Anne’s Grange work includes Michigan State Grange Youth and Young Adult Director for 6 years and Junior Director for 2 years. Anne has also served on the Michigan State Grange Junior Committee and the National Grange Junior Committee.

Her Grange Accomplishments include: Michigan State Grange Young Couple 1997, Rural Leadership Award from Potomac Grange #1, Outstanding Youth and Young Adult Award and Youth and Young Adult Service Award.

She has been very active within her community and her school. She looks forward to working as the National Junior Grange Director and will work diligently to provide a quality program for every Junior Grange member across the nation.
